Heather has lived in Westminster for twenty five years and has been an active committee member in the Marylebone Association. She worked as a development economist worldwide (United Nations, Commonwealth Secretariat, NGOs) until five years ago, when she retrained at the University of Westminster as a homeopath. She is currently a governor of the Westminster Adult Education Service, a member of Westminster Primary Care Trust strategy groups, and a participant in the Westminster Police Group Traffic Working Party and the Edgware Road Action Plan. Her involvement at a community level has always been to try to ensure the local environment provides a safe, secure and pleasant place in which to live.

Colin Barrow has been a councillor since 1997, and has represented Hyde Park Ward since 2002. In Westminster he has served as Cabinet Member for Transport, then for Finance, Deputy Leader of the Council and he has led the Council since 2008. He runs a public investment management business in Westminster. Colin says: "Hyde Park Ward is an attractive place in which to live and work, but we are all threatened by crime, pollution and congestion. The Council works hard to address these issues on behalf of residents but there is always more to do. Westminster is determined to keep up its enviable record of efficient local government, delivering first class services with one of the lowest council tax rates in the country."

Jean-Paul Floru focuses on a low council tax, reducing the size of government so people can run their own lives and zero tolerance for crime and anti-social behaviour.JP runs two businesses and is a non-practising solicitor. As a Westminster resident, he has been active in several residents' associations. Most recently he was in charge of finding 1,000 extra parking bays in Westminster.He is in politics out of conviction. He organises a seminar for students which promotes a free society based on individual liberty and the free market. He is a strong advocate of civil liberties and opposes ID cards and the excessive use of CCTV. His hobbies are gardening, travel and fighting the nanny state.
