ANDREW HAVERY

Andrew Havery is a Chartered Accountant who has been a Councillor for Churchill Ward since 2002. Formerly Senior Vice President, Corporate & Finance for a major UK hotel group, Andrew is currently annual organiser of the Mind Sports Olympiad, Deputy Chairman of Governors at a Westminster secondary school and a non-executive director of Chelsea and Westminster hospital. While a Councillor, Andrew has been Chairman of the Audit and Performance Committee and is now Chairman of the Finance and Resources Policy & Scrutiny Committee. He is delighted to have had the opportunity to represent residents of Churchill Ward and is concerned to make sure residents of estates get a good deal from CityWest Homes, service providers and housing associations and that all residents continue to enjoy low Council tax and an excellent standard of services.

SARAH RICHARDSON

Sarah Richardson has been a champion for Churchill residents since she was elected eight years ago, working to ensure Westminster Council continues to deliver first-class services for low council tax. She has fought for better standards and a new building for Pimlico School (where she is now a governor), supported gardening projects and new green spaces on our estates and secured funding for initiatives including day trips for pensioners, cycling proficiency courses and the refurbishment of Churchill Gardens Hall. "As someone who works locally and is bringing up my young family in Pimlico, I share and can voice your concerns, whether these are street cleanliness, combating crime or the redevelopment of Chelsea Barracks," she says. Sarah is a strategic consultant who advises businesses on areas including transport and infrastructure and large scale housing and regeneration projects. She also writes regularly on education
and employment for the Evening Standard.
